Posidonos Residencies
A new residential development in Glyfada that includes 13 luxury apartments spread over 6 storeys.
Information
The new residential project is being developed on a prime, corner plot in the upper Glyfada area. It is developed on 6 levels of residences and an underground parking space and auxiliary spaces and includes 7 maisonettes and 6 apartments.
The building is developed around the staircase, leaving all the facades of the building free to ensure open apartments with large openings. This arrangement ensured the free view to all sides of the plot, to the mountain and the sea, and the orientation of the facades of each apartment to two or even three different points of the horizon.
The building consists of three distinct volumes, each reflecting its functional organization on the façades: the base volume in a dark brown tone, the main white volume, and the recessed upper level with attic spaces, covered by a single-pitched roof.
Linearity, the clarity of geometric volumes, and their dynamic interaction are core design principles. The geometric approach emphasizes orthogonal forms and sharp edges, solid surfaces, and structural voids, enhancing the building’s volumetric clarity through a play of light and shadow.
The volumes engage in a dynamic dialogue. The white volume is defined by a rhythmic arrangement of cantilevers, bay windows, and vertical architectural elements, which contrast with the darker, recessed volume of the ground floor. This contrast reinforces the sense of a grounded base while simultaneously evoking a feeling of levitation in the upper levels.

Interior Design
Ample light, and space creates amazing living spaces. The entrance of the building, with its double-height design, provides a smooth transition from the exterior to the interior. Its design emphasizes the vertical dimension, while the marble cladding conveys understated luxury and ensures the long-term durability of the communal space.
